Rotational Equipment Services (RES) needed a better way to sell online. Without centralized inventory tracking, the team struggled to know what was actually in stock, and customers faced a slow, confusing checkout.
Staff spent hours reconciling inventory, processing orders by hand, and managing customer expectations when stock information was wrong. The business needed a modern e-commerce solution that could grow with it.
